The Game

Earth. Water. Fire. Long ago the 3 elements live together in harmony. Then, everything change when the void attack. Elementals after Elementals fall to its corruption, becoming mindless husk who will seek those who still yet have elements in them. Now, only the Prime Elemental, master of all 3 elements remains. Will it vanish or will it save the world?

You play as the Prime Elemental and absorb elements from the world around you. Join their powers together to create powerful spells and survive endless waves of Void Elementals.  

This game was developed as part of the GMTK 2021 Game Jam.

The Controls

Movement - WASD (Player will always face the cursor)

Attack (casting Ability) - Left Click

Dash - Space Bar

Pause/Menu - Escape

The Abilities

Fireball - Shoots a Fireball in the direction of the cursor, damaging enemies along a line.

 

Soothing Rain - Spawns a rain cloud that follows around and heals the player in it.

 

Jet Steam - Expels super heated water in a cone in front, damaging and slowing enemies in it.

 

Lava Shield - Creates a damage absorbing barrier around player while damaging any attacking enemies.

 

Mud Pit - Creates a puddle of mud in front, slowing enemies on it.

 

Towering Rock - Creates a pillar of rock that attracts enemies attention to

Eli did some of the coding, most of the 3D art and animation as well as the in-game sound effects.

Our enigmatic music man. Who is he? Where did he come from? Why won't he tell us his name? We'll never know...

(He composed the battle theme for our game but doesn't have any social media :/ ).
